Episode 123. 8th Anniversary of My Heart Attack

In 2016, Jackie faced a heart attack at 34, a moment that changed everything. At the time, she was training for a competition, had dedicated herself to running, and was managing a health club. The moment came unexpectedly—sharp pain during a run, morphing into a trip to the ER, and shattering any notion of invincibility she had.

Leaving her 9-to-5 behind, Jackie transitioned to working from home, becoming a self-employment advocate. It was an adjustment, a leap of faith really, but it turned out to be a blessing. Flexible hours meant she could finally prioritize her daughters, be there for every milestone, and eliminate the stress that once drained her.

As she reflects on the 8th anniversary, it's cathartic to share her story, emphasizing the importance of stress management and presence. Jackie is taking a podcast hiatus this August, eager to spend the summer making memories with her family.

She promises exciting announcements in September, so stay tuned! Enjoy this beautiful season, and let's connect on social media!
