Episode 18. Choosing to Do the Hard Things as a Mom and Business Owner

As a business owner and mom there is a lot of overlap in our roles. One overlap is making tough calls and choosing to do hard things... even when we don't want to. This is something I struggle with daily. At every turn I ask myself if I'm making the best decision. Who will learn from the decision that I make? What lesson will they learn? (Truth be told, it's almost always ME that learns a lesson.)

Both at home and at work, one of the biggest lessons I continually learn is that sometimes choosing to do the hard thing has the biggest reward. Everything does not have to be hard, but sometimes hard work reaps the most reward. Grab a comfy seat and a coffee and join me in this episode as I open up about my family, giving a friend advice, making the tough calls, and sometimes choosing to do the hard things.
