Episode 24. How a Heart Attack Saved My Life

You can think a heart attack is a tragedy. Or you can think of it as a fortunate accident. For me, this was 100% the latter. In this very personal episode I share my journey from how I suffered a heart attack at the age of 34 and the change that it created in my life and business.

Honestly, I debated about sharing this story. Not because it's still raw, but because I wasn't sure that it was really relatable. I don't know that many people who have had heart attacks so young. But I do know LOTS of people who are feeling maxed out, tired, or ready for some big priority shifts in their lives. If that's you, this episode if for YOU.

You'll hear my true feelings about life circa 2016, working full time as a wife and mom of two. Constantly in a hurry, on the go, stressed, and tired. I knew something had to change but didn't know how to until that fateful day. Grab a glass of wine and listen in as I open up about living a life around your true priorities.
