Episode 34. My Quarterly Planning Process

Sitting down to plan out a quarterly calendar almost made Jackie break out into tears this quarter. A lot was going on in Jackie’s life at the time and she has an unwritten policy that nothing in her business should make her feel like crying. After Jackie told her business manager she couldn't complete it, she took a step back and reverted to an old technique she learned from one of her first mentors... who learned it from their mentor... and who knows how far back the lesson goes.

What is the "90 day wonder"? Why is it “no good to should all over yourself” (and yes, she says “should”, this is a clean podcast!)? What does Red Tape, Mellow Yellow, Green Machine, and Blue Sky have to do with quarterly planning?

Jackie shares answers to those questions and other insightful tips on today’s episode. If you decide to implement any of her processes for yourself, tag Jackie on Instagram @iamjackieellis!
