Episode 36. The Worst Business Advice I Ever Got

When Jackie started her business, she told herself she didn’t want to set her goals too high and fail. So she hired a business coach and then received some of the worst business advice she has ever gotten. It’s nothing against the business coach, it just wasn’t for Jackie. The advice didn’t match up with her values.

Someone might offer you advice on changing an essential part of who you are. Or just bring something to your attention and NOT offer a solution. Or tell you to do something that goes against your integrity. Or to put effort into something that would require you to brush your hair and put on makeup!

Just because someone tells you “this is the next thing for your business,” doesn’t always mean they’re right.
